The petition reads:
I, the undersigned, am opposed to the Oak Bay United Church proposal for 2095 Granite St. and 1355 Mitchell St.
While I am in support of affordable housing, the proposed development is too high and too large for its site and location. I oppose the demolition of Threshold House as being environmentally and socially irresponsible, and the project violates many of the values expressed in Oak Bay’s Official Community Plan. I hereby ask Oak Bay Council to reject this proposal.

Support our Go Fund Me Campaign

The CCN-OB members have spent thousands of dollars personally. Costs include Freedom of Information requests, signs, social media costs,  and other investigative charges.

Your funds will assist us in continuing our campaign to keep the developers honest (their submissions contain many inaccuracies) and to fight for a reasonable solution.
